I started CrossFit in 2011 and it definitely changed my life. I never would have imagined that years later fitness would be such a huge part of my life. Been coaching CrossFit since 2013. My favorite part about CrossFit is how it pushes you not only physically, but mentally. For me, the best part about being a coach is seeing somebody achieve their goals, and then go even further by accomplishing things they never would have even considered possible at one point in their life.
