Kristine Best
  • CF LEVEL 1 and 2 trainer

My name is Kristine Best and I am co-owner of Undivided Fitness. I am a full-time special education teacher currently teaching 5th grade inclusion. I have competed in CrossFit for 10 years and one of my biggest accomplishments was placing 16th in the world in the 2020 CrossFit Games.

Background / How did you start CrossFit?

I have been involved in sports for most of my life. I played D1 basketball at Marist College. In my senior year, I tore my ACL and meniscus, and found CrossFit while rehabbing my knee. CrossFit was able to get me back to full conditioning, strength and health to play a fifth year. In 2013 after graduating, I started doing CrossFit and in 2014 got into the competitive side!

How long have you been doing CrossFit / Coaching?

I have been doing Crossfit for 10 years and coaching for around 7 years!

Why do you love to coach?

I love being able to provide people with an experience that helps them to unlock their true potential. CrossFit is not for everybody but it’s for ANYONE! It is very rewarding for me as a coach to help people to see they are more capable than what they think!
